Bursting with BI Publisher in JDE 8.12 (Tools 8.98 4.6)

I am sending out statements and bursting on customer AN8 and need to be able to send the statements in either English or French (have added both templates via P95600 and they appear as outputs in RD ).  The XML output contains a Language field for each customer; however, not sure how to setup busting to be able to do this.  Also, the RD Bursting/Delivery options that I have available to me do not incude fields for Data Recipient Language Preference (see attached printscreens) as is show in the attached reference doc url. http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17984_01/doc.898/e14692/creating_rpt_definitions.htm
