7303030 fails to compile pll FAXGROUP.

During the application of patch 7303030 which proved to be successful in the end, I had an issue with the compilation of FAXGROUP library. I tried to recompile it in a different window and it failed. I had to ignore this error and in consequence I had a bunch of forms FAX* failing during compilation.

Here is what I did. Kindly recommend some steps for debugging this. I do not see a QUERY_BALANCES but I do see packages

FA_RETIREMENT_ADJUSTMENT_PVT, FA_RETIREMENT_ADJUSTMENT_PUB invalid with message wrong number of arguments in call to FAZCBCS.
