Access to Create PO and Requistions

Hi ,

I want to give acess to Contract Employee (Contingent Worker) to create PO and Requestions. Is there a way to do that. When I go the set up buyers , I am not able to add a contingent worker as a buyer.

I think it is not a direct feature in Oracle apps but even if some one has any suggestions around workaround that would also be very helpful.
