Iprocurement - view of content in a store(R12)

 Hello
I created a store XX  (R 12)
with 2 catalogs in there
    - Cleaning
    - Office supplies

how can I restrict for eg for user 1   to   only see  the content of Cleaning but not from Office Supplies ? (so user 1 can only shop in cleaning ..)
