OTL: Start and Stop Times are Showing Incorrectly
Hello,
We are using seeded OTL Payroll Layout and nothing customized in OTL.
I changed Normal Hours to 32, Work Schedule in Payroll to 8-0-8-8-8-0-0, Timecard Required to Yes as of the first day of a pay period for an employee.
When I create a new timecard for this employee and select Work Schedule Template, system creates a timecard with Start time of 8:00 and Stop Time of 17:00. This is NOT what we have on the employee 'Standard Hours' tab. I changed it to 8:00 to 16:00, 10:00 to 18:00, etc., but there is no change in OTL.
Any thoughts on where this is coming from?
