The JOBLOG displays IBM error MCH4431; The Source Program P06VTXXML specifies a signature, whch is not supproted by service program VPRT. How can this be corrected?

Confirm the version of Vertex Payroll Tax installed is the Vertex Payroll Tax Q-Series Enchanced Intergration Version (PTQ-EI) and that it is running on the Embedded SQL (ES) version for AS400/iSeries.
