S_ESCL_LOG table REORG

 Hello,
We had recently re-organised a list of tables in Siebel schema to improve the performance and reduce fragmentation. S_ESCL_LOG was also a part of the list. 
But we had recently read in Doc ID 477378.1 that we cannot reorg this table as it is in append mode. Below are the details from the document - 

"You should not reorganize S_ESCL_LOG, S_DOCK_INIT_ITEM, S_ESCL_ACTN_REQ, S_APSRVR_REQ, and all S_DOCK_INITM_%% tables (where % is a digit), because these tables are defined to be in append mode."

Can someone please let me know if there will be any impact on the application because of the re-org on s_escl_log?
