Managing Space in the FRA

 I have configured  archived deletion policy to standby all.  I have flashback retention set to 1 day.  I want to insure that I have at least 1 day of archived logs.  My question is when the FRA becomes full doe Oracle delete the applied archives first or the flashback files first assuming that flashback has the full 1 day or more available?  Also how can I insure that I keep 1 days worth of archive logs available?  tks.
