FNDLOAD fails during install of 11.5.9 Maintenance Pack - Patch 2669606

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

Multiple failures running FNDLOAD as part of patch 2669606. 
Many are caused by an error uploading function WMA_MOVE. 
Other functions that fail in the uploads are QA_EQR, QA_MS_LPN_CHECK, TELNETHELLOWORLD and WMA_CMPASSY. 
All return the error ORA-06502: PL/SQL : numeric or value error. 
I tried running one of the FNDLOADs as a standalone step and that failed with the same error. 
Am uploading output from one of the failed FNDLOADs. 
Command submitted for standalone test - /fintest/appl/fnd/11.5.0/bin/FNDLOAD APPS/APPS 0 Y UPLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/afsload.lct $INV_TOP/patch/115/import/US/invmenu.ldt - UPLOAD_MODE=REPLACE CUSTOM_MODE=FORCE
