Installing 10.2.0.1 on Windows 2008 Rel 2 64 bit

Hi

We are installing 10.2.0.1 on Windows 2008 Release 2 - 64 bit
Once Installed we will patch it with 10.2.0.5
We are getting an error during installation ( we are running setup.exe under /database folder)
The error is --> Abnormal Program Termination An internal occur has occurred. Please provide the following files to Oracle Support Unkown Unkown Unkown

Can someone please assist / guide us on how to fix this?

We did ran the setup.exe as Administrator
