Put away rule default wrong subinventory

Hi SMEs
We have 11.5.10 and all WMS rollup patches are applied in new dev instance. The Putaway rule has been setup as PO Receipt and Destination as RM. But while receiving it always default FG subimventory. Transaction showed correct rule.

Can anyone help me the reason for this
