Internal Requisition picking item Price list

Hi Experts,
When i enter an Internal Requisition and the Internal sales order generated has a Price.
 I want the price to be 0 since no invoice is being raised, rather its just a transfer of quantities (no payments) as these are warehouses belonging to the same operating unit.

i have done the setups required(customer creation,Item setups, shipping networks), ensured there is no price on the item setup.

I am on R12 (12.0.6) running on Linux Redhat 5.
