PLSQL user name and password forgot

 Hi,
I start adadmin for applying patch,during adadmin option,it ask SYSTEM SCHEMA password,i wrongly entered password many times.so password is locked.So when i try to unlock the password through login SQLPLUS from putty session,i forgot id password of sqlplus ogin password lalso.

How can i restore password?
