OEL 6.3 Issue with glibc-devel.i686

 In a base install of OEL 6.3 the library /usr/lib/crt1.o is missing.
A repoquery says this should be part of glibc-devel.i686 which shows to be installed.

This causes a failure of a Hyperion common component which relies on /usr/lib/crt1.o

Doing a yum reinstall of glibc-devel.i686 resolves the issue.  Somewhat annoying glibc-devel.i686 is shown to be installed however is not fully installed.
