Hi,

New in this community, although has been using My Oracle Support for quite sometime. I was suggested here while attempting to open an SR as per above title.
Anyone could assist with this situation?
adpatch is showing

"FAILED: file cstpo.odf on worker 1."

adworker log file contains these last few entries:
Reading table CST_ACCRUAL_ACCOUNTS_ALL ...
