High memory utilization by oracle 11.2.0.2 RAC grid processes in AIX6.1 server

 Hi,We're running oracle 11.2.0.2  2-node RAC , OS is AIX6.1 TL 7. Server Physical memory is 16gb. I find about 8gb or ram used by grid processes including ASM. Is it normal in a AIX server
