how to update prices on all lines from same blanket with same percentage?

Hi Folks, I was sure this functionality exists in Oracle Purchasing 12.1.3.
Client asks how to update all lines on his blanket agreement with the same percentage for alle lines.
We have no items configured in MST, just item descriptions on the blanket.
Is it possible to do update all prices by lets say 5% for the whole blanket?
