How does Oracle prioritze deletion from the FRA

I am using 11.2 Dataguard and have both archivelogs and flashback logs in the FRA.  When the space gets full Oracle begins deleting both archivelogs if they have been applied at the standby and flashback logs if they are outside the retention period.  My question is which one has priority?  I would like to keep at least 2 days of archivelogs online.  How can I inusre this?
