precompiler issues with PRO*C on windows 7

I'm getting errors compiling sample pro*c programs that I don't understand and would welcome some assistance...

this is what I've done:

installed 32bit oracle client 11.2.0.1 and 32bit examples on Win7 machine.

I have MS Visual Studio 10.0

here is my pcscfg.cfg file:

define=(WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN)
PARSE=FULL
sys_include=(C:\PROGRA~2\MIA713~1\Windows\v7.0A\Include,c:\PROGRA~2\MICROS~2.0\VC\include)
include=(c:\oracle\product\11.2.0\client\precomp\public)

Setting environment for using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 x86 tools.
[C:/Users/Kevin] proc iname=sample1.pc
