Unable to view Upload/Monitor in Oracle Add-in in excel

 Hello
We are on 11.5.10.2.

While creating documents using WEB ADI, we are unable to see Upload or Monitor in Oracle Add-in in Excel 2007. Only List of Values and About are coming.

Please suggest what is required.
