LCM open interface

Hi all,

We are using LCM as service, and we have  a requirement in which PO are coming from  a different application,and for those PO we have to calculate LCM charges. Is it possible to achieve since LCM pushes records into interface for LCM calculations. My query is, Is it possible to achieve this.
