Oracle upgrade from 8i to 10g

Please assist me for the oracle upgrade from 8.1.7.0.0 to 10.2.0.2

Current database and OS details

Oracle8i Release 8.1.7.4.0 - Production

PL/SQL Release 8.1.7.4.0 - Production

CORE    8.1.7.0.0       Production

TNS for IBM/AIX RISC System/6000: Version 8.1.7.4.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 3.4.1.0.0 – Production

Note

We are going to upgrade the database on the same serve,r I mean where the 8i is running

I need the below assist

1.       Oracle 10.2.0.2 software link (I have tried in support link but not able to get it because I am getting only 11g s/w link )

2.       Steps for upgrading activity for 8i to 10.2.0.2

Note

Backup type- Cold backup
