Voume offer for customer with 2 addresses

Hi all,

There is a Volume offer for a customer with 2 addresses,

We need to summarize the total sales for the customer, calculate the discounts according to the volume offer  and to create a claim and a Credit memo for each address separately by the bill to in the sales order lines.

I would appriceiate your suggetion for solving this issue.
