How to edit the Net Calculation Rules of an Accrual Plan

Hi,

I am trying to update the net calculation rules of one the accrual plans (let's use Accrual Plan A). For example, I need to change Element X, which has an input value of hours, into Element Y, which also has an input value of hours. After looking for Element Y in the LOV, I pressed save and it confirmed that the transaction was complete and 1 record was applied and saved. I closed the form, checked on one employee with that accrual plan, and it still had Element X, which means that the change did not work. I went back to
