Discount on sales order header form shows different than table.

Hi,

We observed that when we give order level discount, the discount what it shows on form are different than what it store in back ground table

i.e in table - oe_price_adjustments table, I want to know why this difference is ??

Again the table value of discount change if partial delivary happens , but still sales order header form shows same discount value.

Can anybody guide us about this misbehaviour..
