Asynchronous business function did not finish successfully for form P4205_W4205K

Hi,

I am getting Asynchronous business function error "Asynchronous business function did not finish successfully for form P4205_W4205K/nError" while I do ship confirmation using user ID say "A".

When I do the ship confirmation using another user id "B" I did not get the error and using "B" ID I can able to do the ship confirmation. However both ID "A" and "B" belongs to same group/role profile and has exactly similar security setup.

I am not able to find out the root cause why user "A" face the problem due to error and other user "B" do not.
