MIME installation type

Hi team,

We are trying to make some changes in the web.xml file to make the MHTML visbile in the 11g output .As per the response from the oracle we see that MIME type installation needs to be setup in the Environment.

Can BI Publisher expert community guide me in how to find the MIME type installation available in the environment or not?

Let me know whether this needs to downlaoded from any external website?
