srvrmgr does not work after repository upgrade from 811SEA to 811 SIA

Hello,

server  Environment  is  : AIX

SGBD : Oracle

After repository upgrade, I restart gateway and connect with srvrmgr. I have message :'Fatal error (2555922): Could not open connection to Siebel Gateway configuration store (%1:%2)., exiting...'

I test connection with odbc with odbcsql : OK

I check library SEor823.so with ldd : 2013-01-02 15:08:55     FailedLogin     myserver 520252  srvrmgr SADMIN

I check log file NameSrvr.log :
