How to fill StageStatus on Opportunity Object

Hi,

I am not able to update the field StageStatus on the Opportunity. It iseems to be related to the OnDemand SalesProcess and if I have "Closed/Won" it is on "Won" and "Closed/Lost" it is on "Lost".

Is it possible to set this value to a different "SalesStage" value as well? I have not found the field in the Workflow Configuration and in the Sales Process there is nothing as well.
