Please check out Note 1280191.1- E-AWE: Enterprise Component Bundles For 9.1 Applications posted on My Oracle Support. As stated "Several AWE fixes that will improve Performance and Functionality for Approval Framework Workflow (AWE) transactions running all PeopleSoft 9.1 Applications.Recommended for All Database Platforms."
