Forecast Transit Times in ASCP

We currently use Demantra to produce our forecasts and then upload them into ASCP.  We have separate EBS and Planning instances.  Once collections and the plan are run, the intrasit leadtime for each customer appears in the plan for the forecast.  The problem that we are having is that for some (not all) customer sites, the intransit leadtime is coming through as 0 when the transit time in EBS indicates that the time should be 1, 2, or 3 days.  Our transit times our setup as shipping from an internal location to a region, e.g. a state.  We have run the regions
