PAY: Where to Define the Number of Payments Setup in SSHR?

Hi all,

Can anyone confirm the default number of payment setup in SSHR is 5 and is limited to maximum of 10? If configuration changes are needed where can it be performed (form and navigation path). I read somewhere Workflow Builder apps is required.
