US PAY: Payroll Archive Completed Normally But Did Not Process Terminated Employees
Hi,
I would like to ask for advise regarding the Payroll Archive Process. Basically, the process Completed normally and upon checking the log there were employees that were not processed. Those employees were terminated employee when checked in the application and when reviewed in the Employee Assignment Process form, there's an error message (see below):
Error ORA-20001: Error in pay_us_action_arch.process_actions
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_ARCHIVE", line 1207
ORA-06512: at line 3
has occurred in table pay_archive.process_employee at location 1108
Please advise.
