Hi Team,

When the merged R12 language translation patch 16054214 was applied in IREBSPAT instance, following errors were returned

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

    FAILED: file XLIFFLoader.class on worker  1.
    FAILED: file XLIFFImporter.class on worker  2.
    FAILED: file XLIFFLoader.class on worker  3.
    FAILED: file XLIFFImporter.class on worker  4.

Patch and worker log files are uploaded
