Intransit Inventory Account in Shipping Network ???

hi All, hope you all fine in order to make the Shipping Network b/w two Inventory Org we use to give the Intransit Inventory Account ???

now what is the purpose of this account and how the accounting to be done b/w the Shipping Network ???
i know all the account bt me wanted to know the basis of the Intransit Account and how do we reconcile it ???
