Patch 14015061: Cumulative Collection patch for customers using OPM Process Planning Integration wit

The readme of this patch requires a password and we are not sure if it should be installed on the planning (destination) or transactional (source) instance.How do I receive the password or get the information on the place the patch should be installed.
The patch fixes data collection processes and I assume it should be applied to the planning instance, but I want to be sure.
