Adjustment for Item group and Customer Group

Dear All
Please help and advise
I have problem on Advance Pricing module,  I was setup adjustment on Price Adjustment Detail Revisions for Item group and Customer Group
exp. item group : Table, Customer Group : Retail, Discount/Adjust : -10%
it not work when i create Sales ORder, price not adjust to -10% ( I was setup all ajustment need)

but it's working when i made adjustment for item and customer, item and customer group

can somebody help and advise me...
