Robits information is not seen on solaris x86 installed onX4170 server

The Sl48 tape drive is seeing the tape drives in the library and we have being doing manual backup using solaris 10 ufsdump. but now we are installing netbackup 7.5 software, and netbackup 7.5 is not seeing the media changer, and if cfgadm -al is used the tape is seen but media changer is not seen, but if we use cfgadm -o shoe_FCP_dev -al command the media changer and tapes are seen. we have checked all file to be edited. pls advice.
