Procurement - EBS (MOSC)

I cannot find a new cteated location under purchasing on I procurement R12

 Dear All

We are currenlty on R12. When I create new locations under purchasing. I am unable to find them under I procurement Deliver to locations. The profile changes have not changed fro R 11 to R 12. The new locations are active and global. Any suggestions
