Not showing Legal Entity in Intercompany Accounts setup step in Accounting Setup Manager

Hi,

 when am trying to define ledgers,in intercompany accounts system is not showing my legal entity in intercompany Accounts setup step in Accounting Setup Manager as i assigned legal entity to accounting set up manager.

Please help me out in this.
