Oracle Client 11.1.0.7.0 on Windows 2008 R2

Is CLIENT 11.1.0.7.0 certifed on WIndows 2008 R2....The certification matrix says CLIENT 11.1.0.7.0 is certified for Windows 2008 but there is not an option to choose Windows 2008 R2 as the operating system....Found note 1474219.1 that talks about Oracle only certifying on the minimum OS and patches, updates, etc. or automatically certified but Windows 2008 R2 is a little different animal....Anyone have clarity on this....Thanks.
