iRecruitment - email notification to Job Seekers

Hello,

I am running the program "iRecruitment Email Vacancies to Job Seekers" to send the email notifcaitons to job seekers.

The program is sending the notification only to external applicants and not sending any email notification to internal applicants(employees).

I tried running the program with 'Match Competencies' and 'Match Qualifications'  check box checked as well as unchecked but in both the cases, email notification is not going to internal applicants.

Is there anything else needs to done so that internal employees will also get the job notification?
