Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can I update instance status from EXPIRED to Created

Hi

I have IB instances that by mistake was updated to Expired.

When try to update the status to Created I got system error : CSI_API_CANT_UPD_EXP_ITEM

Is there a way to update after expired not by using logistic transactions?
