How can I update instance status from EXPIRED to Created

Hi

I have IB instances that by mistake was updated to Expired.

When try to update the status to Created I got system error : CSI_API_CANT_UPD_EXP_ITEM

Is there a way to update after expired not by using logistic transactions?
