rman retention policy

I have the following    CONFIGURE RETENTION POLICY TO REDUNDANCY 15;

When I run the REPORT OBSOLETE,  it does not show anything as obsolete, even though  the LIST BACKUP  SUMMARY is showing backups from 13-DEC-12 ... which is > than 15 days.

I am copying in the LIST BACKUP SUMMARY,  SHOW ALL and REPORT OBSOLETE list what I am seeing.

Any help appreciated.
