Upgrade 3 node RAC from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.3

Are there any addtional steps needed for RAC for the database upgrade. ie we upgrade the database in single instance mode and then enable RAC

We already have upgraded clusterware to 11.2.0.3 and installed the 11.2.0.3 database software.
