How to rerun EGOEXTUPG.sql script

I had to stop the patch when it is executing EGOEXTUPG.sql script.  I first failed it then  quit the worker, so then it got reassigned to another worker,   So by the time when I get the patch stopped this job was assigned to two jobs. Once I am ready to restart the patch first I just changed the status to fixed restarted on the first worker where it was initially running.  Then I restarted the patch but it failed with following error.

Unable to find job when reading existing jobs.

So then I tried to put both in fixed restart stated and restart the patch still failed.   Then I changed the status of  the worker which initially running EGOEXTUPG.sql  script when I first stopped the patch,  to W and skipped the second worker that.  This time the patch moved on and didn't reexecute EGOEXTUPG.sql  script.   My patch is almost done. If  I reaply the patch will it executed EGOEXTUPG.sql  script? Or is there a way I can manually execute it?
