2012 1099 Patch Update

We downloaded the 2012 1099 patch 13461067 on Dec. 11 and have applied it to production. We noticed that the patch was updated on 12/31/2012. The only difference we see is that APXT7F99.rdf is a different size but has the same version number as the original file in the patch. Do we need to apply the updated version of 13461067?
