Service contracts integration with Oracle Payables

 Hi Folks,

I am giving here as business example, please let me know how service contracts module or some other Oracle application will map this requirement.

We Have taken Building maintanance contract, as per the agreement house holders need to pay advance payment by squarefeet. After completion of the year if we spend some amount for maintenance we will deduct from respective house holder. end of the year we need to return this money to house holders.

In this case How service contracts will return money to customers other than Oracle Payables, Please let me know how we can handle this process in Oracle EBS.
