Job Actual V/s Planned cost in Average costing Organization

 Is there any way to know actual V/s planned cost of job in Average costing organization (Discrete Mfg)?Since WIP value summary shows both Cost incurred & cost relieved as same even though I have issued less material & resources than required against job.
