Scoring Engine & Dunning Level

Hi,

We have a requirement wherein we need to change the delinquent level for some of the customers.

Say, we have 4 dunning levels v.i.z., 0,1,2 & 3. A particular customer who has reached dunning level 3, need to be changed to dunning level 0.

We tried changing dunning level from Collection>Collection>Transaction tab. But its greyed out.

Is there any way through which we can change the dunning level for customers.
